1. Passport with Minimum 7 Month’s Validity (all previous passports must be given)
2. Recent 2copies Photo,(35mm x 50mm Size, Glossy paper) Background must be White Color Lab Print without glass.
3. Last 06 Months Original Bank Statement & Bank solvency with Seal & Sign Minimum Balance 3,00,000/4,00,000 tk (per person)

Professional document

For businessman

1. Updated Trade License (If the trade license is in Bangla, it must be translated into English and notarized)
2. Original Business letter pad (3 copies)
3. Visiting card (Must be press print)
4. Memorandum for Ltd Company Owners
5. TIN certificate

For Job Holder

1. NOC
2. Office ID Card
3. Visiting card (Must be press print)
4. Salary bank account statement. If unavailable, provide a salary certificate or pay slip instead
5. GO for Job holder (If it is in Bangla, it must be translated into English and notarized)
6. Retired Copy for Retired govt. Service holder
7. TIN certificate

For Spouse

1. Recent Photo
2. Passport
3. Marriage certificate (If it is in Bangla, it must be translated into English and notarized)

For Child

1. Recent Photo
2. Passport
3. Birth certificate
4. School/college ID card

Additional Document

Doctor: A private physician must have a BMDC certificate and a prescription pad.

Advocate: Bar association certificate
