No, we don’t provide assistance with immigration. Customers have to complete immigration formalities individually. However, we can guide you in organizing your documents and provide instructions on how to smoothly complete the immigration process.

I don’t have a visa. Do you process visa? How long does it take to process the visa?

Yes, we do process visas. We have an expert visa team available to guide you properly. Malaysia visas take around 5–7 working days.

Do you only provide tour packages, or do you also assist with visa and air ticket arrangements?
